Thread: My bsnl broadband bill increasing day by day!!! Please help

I have "BB Home UL 750" tariff plan. My plan does not contain free phone calls and so I don't use my land phone. Using it for last 3 months. The bill was ok for last 2 months. BUT IN THE 3RD MONTH BILL CAME VERY HIGH!!!

MONTHLY FIXED CHARGE was Rs 0 for last two months but in the 3rd month it is Rs 180!!! why??? Please explain friends if you know.....

Ok. But why it did not deduct in previous 2 months? Any idea?

For first two months arrears may be collected.
3rd month's bill is correct.
(Error in computer entries possibly)

If this is a new connection, you could have paid some deposit
installation charges/ etc. Not shown here.

I have confirmed that I have "BB Home Combo UL 750 no telephone rent no free calls " and I have not made any phone calls. So I still did not understand why Rs 120 extra deducted. It should be fixed Rs750 bill every month. Also I have paid full money for modem before installation.Please reply.

1 st month bill billed Rs 677 due 827/=
2nd month bill billed Rs 827 due 827/=
3rd month bill billed Rs 1026/ due 827/=
total................. Rs 2530/= due....... 2481/.. dif Rs 49/=
claim credit in 4th month bill.

Give application addressed to AO (TR)to CC BSNL Exchange now.
