What is meant by Line Rate
The actual tariff plan of your connection also matters.
What is shown is Modem's max values for Mod mode selected
In example below ADSL2+ see values . change to GDMT , and
    see result/s
( seen usually in Deviceinfo/statistics/ ADSL

Example from Beetel110BXi/220BXi/Wa3002G4/DNS A212-I/Sl2-141/Siemens Nokia networks 1600/and many other modems. using same hardware board.

Check you speed here:compare speed with your tariff plan./line rate

Attainable Line Rate (AKA Synch Rate)
This is the maximum rate at which your modem can connect to the DSLAM if there was no service provisioning limiting the bandwidth. Anything over 2,000Kbps is considered good. The higher the number the better.

    Used Line Rate
Your Used ATM Rate (actual service rate) plus bandwidth to cover the overhead and provisioning of the service.
