Thread: Forgot password link for BSNL broadband

Hi All,

After formatting my computer all saved passwords are gone, & I couldn't remember my broadbands password.
Can anybody tell me how can I change my current password? Which website I need to see to get the 'Forgot Password' link ??

default password for bsnl broadband is "password"unless you change it using bsnl portal/self care site.

Previously I have changed my password. Can I reset my password (As I couldn't remember what I have set ) through BSNL self care ?

better you maintain your dairy and or a small notepad file where you can save all these passwords and usernames for future safely.
have some record, and always update as you change on sites.

confirm how you connect to Internet now ?
You get connected automatically, when computer and modem switched on?
( password will be stored IN WAn page)

there is a method to find it out.

You can call CC and ask them the Password.

In selfcare portal you may have to fill old password.

Which is your selfcare site ?

Hope you have not changed Modem accesss PW also.
If getting connected to Internet ( (1) above,
DO NOT RESET modem. .
