Exclamation trouble opening ports in router settings!

Hello, i am using bsnl internet and i have recently bought a new modem - ITI DNA-A201 BE coz my older modem broke down. i am using a torrent client and getting very low download speed. i checked the preferences and it said that the corresponding port was not open. so i went to my router settings to open ports but could not understand anything. my new router has a changed interface. it looks something like the image i have attached with this thread. i want to open port 12284. can anybody please tell me what to enter in the fields? please help. thanks.

in lan ip address enter the local IP of your PC something like 192.168.x.x.protocol type tcp & in lan & public port enter the port no. you want to forward which in your case is 12284.check the enable & click on add.restart modem & it should work.for finding you local lan IP type ipconfig & press enter in command prompt(type cmd in run box in xp or search box in start menu in windows vista/7).one thing to remember is that port forward rule is for a particular lan ip only so set your lan ip to one in port forward rule(instead of getting automatically from modem) because in some situations like when you connect 2 pc to modem the pc running utorrent might get a different ip from the one specified in rule.
