Thread: broadband landline free call

i have broadband connection that gives me 100 free calls per month.Does 1 free call have certain time limit?

My BSNL BB plan gives me 400 free calls per month but I never use it.
Those free calls must be used in that month. Unused bal. cannot carry over.

hi i wanted to ask that does 1 free = some 10 minutes or so?because i was billed for 300 calls!!!
I dont think i made that much calls but i talked for some 20 minutes or so in each call......so i was wondering whether this free call has some time duration.

1 call = 1 pulse
pulse length depends on type of call, local to landline, local to mobile, STD landline, STD mobile, ISD etc.

You cannot talk as much as you can during one call. If I am not mistaken for Combo plans you will be charged under One India plan (Detail available in BSNL website). Which is (I think) 60 seconds pulse. You can confirm it talking to the account officer.
