Thread: slow speed

hello everyone,

i have a bsnl BB 4Mbps connection with Nokia S 1600 modem/router. but the normal speed i'm gettin varies from 130-900kbps max. its always fluctuating. after long request cal-tel has changed the wire but without any effect.

can anyone tell me what could be the reason? is it due to the modem?

A common problem with 4 Mbps plans. Check this
