Every saturday between 2am-8am something goes horribly wrong with my connection. There is heavy packet loss at multiple points in traceroutes to servers.
Utorrent speeds are erratic (usually I see a more or less straight graph for downloads).

The problem clears up at 8am (it did just now).

Is there any way to permanently fix this problem ?
