    welcome to indiabroadband.net.
please try to analyse these aspects.
    1. is it for first time you had broadband and with WA3002G4? if not, how it was working earlier?
    2. check whether you have used the splitter properly as defined. phone line should not be on the direct line.
    3. try to indicate the SNR and Attenuation readings, Also roughly indicate the distance between exchange and your point of using.
    4. check/get checked for joints in the wire coming to your home from bsnl cable point. if so, request them to replace by a single wire.
    4. check for the power adopter sitting loose in the power socket,
In market you get suitable plug for pin diametre changing to have reliable connection.
    5. check the RJ11 and RJ45 cable pins for contamination, if not shining gold, try for replacing or cleaning
    all he best

hi.. the modem was working properly before it..

i have a telephone handset in that i have two plugs for phone line. In telephone i have attatched the bsnl direct line and from the telephone's second plug i attached to the bsnl modem..

and we have DTH and wire of bsnl land line coming from the same window and attatched to it, does it create any problem?

But few things in your reply m not getting . whats the meaning of :

1.try to indicate the SNR and Attenuation readings,
2.check the RJ11 and RJ45 cable pins for contamination, if not shining gold, try for replacing or cleaning
