Thread: 900 combo plan 4mbps

just a few mins ago i got a new bb connection...i hd opted for 900 combo plan acording to which i shud get a speed of 4 mbps,,, bt my speed is not going over 1.50 mbps..... and sooo frequent disconnections plzzzz help..

my cpe is: type 1 adsl2+
model no: DNA-A201BEI
MAC ADDRESS: 00:21:2C:3A:FB:A6

I read in some posts dat it can happen due to some hizzy noise in da phone...and yes i just checked dere is soo much hizzy noise in da telephone....tell me wt to do...plzzz help..

thanks for the advicee but the results are same ..i bye passed the splitter..disconnection is still very frequent..i think i hv to call the line man to check the telephone line rite?

and yaaa dere is too muchh noise in the telephone,,

Could be a line problem. Ask the line man to give a clean line. Make sure there are no joints or non insulated parts.

ok thanks..!!! i just checked the speed and it ws aweful... it ws 332 kbps down and 45 up!!!!!

It will improve as the line conditions improve.
