    Default Please help me

    Hi All,

    I am currently using 900 UL plan from BSNL. I have a MTNL WIFI modem, model number DNA A212 and have configured it to work with the BSNL network.

    It had been working fine and I was getting download speed of 215 KB/S till yesterday. After that had some problem with the Wifi of this modem so asked the BSNL technician to come down and see. He solved the problem, but the speed has now drastically came down. From 215KB/S am now getting 160 KB/S.

    After checking the Modem settings i came to see that the downstream has been changed from 2098 to 1440.

    Please help me to get it back to 2098 as it was previously. I tried it from my side but not able to get the option to change it.

    Please help.

    The Modem GUI page settings are
    Line Rate - Upstream (Kbps): 507
    Line Rate - Downstream (Kbps): 1440
    LAN IPv4 Address: 192.168.1.1
    Default Gateway: 117.212.64.1
    WAN IP Address: 117.212.67.16
    Primary DNS Server: 203.94.243.70
    Secondary DNS Server: 59.179.243.70

    Try Adsl2 + in mod mode.
    ( see whether box is selected in DSL menu page )

    Your plan speed upto 512 Kbps ? 64KB/sec 3.6 MB file d/l in one minute.

    Ya I did that, but nothing changes.....any other option where i can go and change the downstream setting

    Did you recheck ADSl data again ? what was the mod mode selected ?
    Uncheck GDMT and try again.

    Uncheck ANNEX M and GDMT. recheck speed at speedtest site.
    Also post screenshot of Interface group menu page.
