Thread: Modem Configuration page shown but not able to login ?

I'm referring to the page which opens by typing 192.168.1.1 in the url of internet explorer this page is shown with user id as "192.168.1.1/192.168.1.1 in my computer and
when i enter admin admin for both username and pwd it simply displays unable to connect. This is used for modem resetting n all. I'm using Quidway
wa1003a (type II) modem with wifi. although i configured the internet without opening this page, but how do i connect my laptop without knowing in which config mode it is Bridge or PPPoE and also i have read the user mannual everything is explained by using 192.168.1.1 page. My laptop is detecting it as wireless connection wa1003a but is not running internet. So advise how to proceed further.

So if u have a bridge connection u will have dial via a dialup connection .... If u have a PPPoE connection then u'll get internet directly whenever u switch on the modem ... U'll see that the link(adsl), PPPoE, LAN or USB lights are on in that mode ...
