Frequent disconnect Friends, I was earlier using BB combo UL 625. The link was very stable and the speed ranged between 30-31KB/s. After changing the plan to UL combo 850 i wasnt happy with the stabilty of the link.There were frequent disconnect and SNR downlink was very bad. At times I even noticed whenever I used chrome link got disc compared to when i used IE. dunno if i can relate with the stability.
Im seriously thinking of switching to UL combo 750. Wat do u guys suggest ?
It is your line condition that is bad. Plan change may not affect this condition.

Try talking to SDE. May be he will be of some help.

also check all the joints in the wire...
mention your modem/model/make/number.
Get the following data and post here. ( usually in ADSL menu item )
SNR ATTN sync speed Rate both D/L U/L Mod mode selected.
Ulcombo 850 1 Mbps speed 128 KB/sec Ideal conditions
