Just shifted from Mumbai to Bangalore. In Mumbai, I had Reliance Wireline (FTTH) 2 Mbps down and unspecified up (usually 10-20 Mbps), unlimited with no FUP for Rs. 2599/mo.

Here in Bangalore, Reliance has nothing with FUP beyond 30GB. Airtel also has pretty useless plans, YouBroadband and Hathway have nothing beyond 1 Mbps, Tata I'm still checking on.

BSNL has a few interesting plans:
Super Speed VDSL - 16 Mbps, 125GB cap, Rs. 4999/mo
Super Speed VDSL - 24 Mbps, 250GB cap, Rs. 6999/mo
BBG ULD 3300 - 2 Mbps, 150GB FUP (then 512 Kbps), Rs. 3300/mo
BBG ULD 6000 - 4 Mbps, 200GB FUP (then 1 Mbps), Rs. 6000/mo
FiBro 2 FTTH - 2 Mbps, unlimited, Rs. 3999/mo

Has anyone tried any of these? Can BSNL actually provide these speeds down, and what are upstream speeds like?
