But I am getting ERROR CODE 678 while connecting from PC. And also can any body help me to share the internet connection over network using BEETEL 110TC1 ADSL2+ Router and a 8 port switch.......

if you want to use a switch better to have PPPoE connection.
By resetting the modem you will get default 1483 Bridging mode for all PVC's

you are not entering userid/pw properly in "Dialer' page.
    8 way switch:
Enable DHCP in the modem >give a range say 192.168.1.2 to 192.168.1.20

    in all computers network settings:
    Obtain IP address automatically.

    Answer:
    wait
see this link. Screen shots from my working Beetel 110TCI.
    http://mybroadbandforum.com/beetel-1...e-1-t2846.html
In first screen select " Bridging" last box. no other changes.

There is confusion about PPPoE and "bridged " :\"Dialer" etc
When you say "bridged" (1483 bridging option in this model)\
you cannot normally enter userid/PW in the modem page.
You use a separate Dialer window in computer
    and enter id/pw to connect.
PPPoE . system connects automatically to internet.

Obtain Ip adddress automatically will not afffect other systems, connected in the LAN.
