Thread: BSNL broadband reset time???? <--- help

Hello,
I have 900ULD Plan
I get 4mbps upto 8 GB and 256kbps after 8 GB and it's unlimited plan,,

I had finished my 8GB on 28th July 2011 and on 29th ,30th and 31st july I was getting 30KBps download speed.

and now today is 1Aug so I should again get 8GB at 4mbps ?? am i right ??

but it's 12:43am and I am still getting 30KBps

plzzz help me ....

My 900 plan was activated on 22nd July. 2011.. will my rental be count every 22nd or every 1st ??

No, it will be from 1st of every month. It happened to me when I had a similar plan. Don't worry, its just BSNL inaccuracy. It will be ok by morning.

If this happens again, maybe you should contact the JTO of your area and bring it to his attention.He could then probably talk to his billing team and get this rectified. This is more of a billing system software issue.
