Thread: How can i check the data usage for my bsnl broadband connection?

I am using the BSNL H500 plan. I tried using the BSNL self care portal but it always returns as wrong password. I am pretty sure that I am typing the correct password. I even confirmed it from the BSNL customer care. But the same problem continues. Please help.

which browser you use. Try in IE8. which selfcare portal ?

Are you sure you are using the correct self care portal ? If yes, simply go the exchange and them to log in using your ID and password. They will take care of the rest. Most of us use a bandwidth meter to keep an eye on our usage. One from Networx or Shaplus will do.
