Default Can someone give me a rough estimate?

I am using the BSNL H combo500 plan. And I was supposed to get around 800MB free usage as my connection was done on the 15th of July. Can someone tell me how much will i be charged for 40 minutes of live streaming. The quality of the video was Medium-low. To be specific the size of the screen was similar to that of the youtube screen. Please help?

Yep, use any bandwidth meter (Shaplus/ Networx / Bitmeter) and it will show the usage.

what was the exact resolution of the video ?

by the looks of your post you seem like a novice so i'll save you the trouble by saying this :

40 minutes of streaming video is a lot by indian standards. If the quality was "medium" you could have easily spent 250-300mb.

we can't really help you any more; as dilip/essbeb said get a bandwidth meter or just check ur usage on the bsnl website.

    Update: google search: AT&T calculator.

1 minute of streaming video (YouTube™ standard quality)
    2 MB

There is a few varying factors, the main ones are obviously length and quality. Since you've already stated length, I'll make reference to quality. Every video you view on Youtube is in a .flv (Flash Video) format, which caters very well for web viewing, due to a small file-size, however, depending on quality, and length, they can get quite large.

Without viewing in High Quality, or HD modes, I would say an average '7 minute' video is going to be about 15-20MB, with a good quality, this would be considerable higher.
