UL 499 is the only unlimited plan from BSNL at less than Rs. 500.

It gives 256 Kbps (32 KBps) unlimited which is 8 times slower than Home 500 C. Also telephone rent is extra. So in effect, it give Rs. 500 + Rs.180 (Rs.100 for rural) per month plus 10.3% tax. I think it will be too slow for you. If you can extend your budget a bit more, try UL combo 750 which gives 512 Kbps (64 KBps) unlimited. It will give you a bill of Rs. 750 + 10.3 % tax It has no extra telephone rent but no free calls too.

    Hope this helped.

Download speed of UL 499 is 256 Kbps (32 KBps). In Home 500C you get 256 KBps.

No, there is no different value called " browsing speed ".
