Thread: Utstarcom modem service centre

Hello dear friends...

Does anybody has the address phone number or email of UTSTARCOM modem and router's service center . I am getting lot of burnt modems and adapters complaint. If these submitted to the BSNL sometimes they will give replacement if available. Most of the times they take almost 1-2months to replace. So i need the address of the service center. Even U can give the contact details of company which is selling main boards of these modems/routers. I have UTSTARCOM MODEMS, ZTE MODEMS and TERACOM Modems... Please reply

( I think BSNL has stopped supporting/buying all Chinese make modems/networking eqpt etc .Huwaei UTSTAR ZTE etc)
Teracom seems to have discontinued manufacture of AR800V3.
Indian websites not available. ( see sig link "teracom" below )

Give followup result please.
