Yes, I had tried the PPP over Ethernet (PPPoE) option, next page they are asking additional data as provided by service provider?? no data provided by BSNL.
I am using windows7 and also XP in other drive.
On the BSNL site they have explained, how to connect multi computers, but for that I need another switch between the modem and the other PCs.Please advise.

I was all along trying to edit the data on the Modems internet configuration page to PPPoE, but was unable.I was working in Windows7,then I logged in Windows XP in my other drive and finally the correct page came up.I have now changed the setting to PPPoE Bridged and am able to connect 2 computers simutaneously. Thanks for all the trouble.Luckily I had XP also.

confirmed the box you have selected is PPPoE 3rd from top
and not the others.. ( screenshot Post No 2)
Confirmed: you had entered your userID/PW in the modem settings page. ( computer 1 connects automatically to Internet)
    Confirmed: you had enabled DHCP.

    Para two:
    Windows 7.
Disable or delete WAnminiport connection and try again.
