Thread: BSNL Broadband Unresolved Issues

Hey guys,this is my first post here and it's sad that I have to start in such a manner.
I have had BSNL broadband for 5 years now and the experience has been nothing short of hell.It got especially bad in the past 2 months and we have filed 8 complaints..yeah 8 and no action has been taken for ANY of our problems.The guys BSNL employs must be monkeys..utterly disappointed and its very angering when the internet drops in the middle of a game and it happens at LEAST once every half an hour.I have contemplated suing them for mental frustration but in India it will take years for that..
Planning to move to Airtel..is it any better??I have heard mixed reviews from users about it.
And guys in Basavanagar DO NOT take BSNL..rather kill yourselves..sorry for the exxageration in the last sentence but as I am typing this in disconnected four times..BSNL employess must be jokers.

Airtel will be definitely better than BSNL. Though check with someone who is actually using it.

I am done trying to receive aid for my grievances from these idiots..it disconnected 23 times more after i made this thread..I counted.
I hope Airtel will be better..although I doubt anything can be much worse than this

A friend of mine in Bangalore reported a similar issue some weeks back. Unfortunately he has only BSNL his area. So he took a wireless USB stick from Tata Photon as back up. Better switch to Airtel if BSNL people has no time to attend the problem. The link I gave is known for better response. As a last resort, give it a try.
