Thread: BSNL broad band pblm

I have 900+ home plan and BSNL is giving us worst service. net connection get disconnected every now and then. I couldnt use yahoo messenger for the last few days.what is the problem? The problem is mainly in night hours.
should I go for another conection like TATA which is also giving the same for 900RS. pls help me.

the problem with your telephone line......r u have any other phone linked with same line disconnet that phone and try...

bsnl is best in broadband compare to others
try that r complant to bsnl for changeing to new telephone cable

I have been suffering from the same problem.
Though it is difficult to get any other bb connexion with such service at lesser expense, one should at all condemn bsnl's performance!
In present days I am beginning to think that the reason of this type of problem may be, partially, the hack attempts. See my post http://www.indiabroadband.net/bsnl-b...incidence.html (Weird incidence!)

hmm but I dont think the problem is with telephone line. I am getting my telephone still working at the time of disconnection. I think there server problem. because in the day time most of the time connection working perfectly. So only after 6 pm the probelm occurs.
