mention selfcare portal, which you access for other users to check.
data.bsnl.in Ok. abcd ..... @ bsnl.in Chennai.
Check here http://dataone.in for usage portal if your id is @ dataone.in

Delete cookies and try. If nothing works, use IE and check.
Presume you are using mail.bsnl.in.
