Thread: Prevent your broadband username and id from hacking

The users who use PPPoE mode in their modems they have to worry because their username and password can be hacked.
someone can acess your modem remotely and find you broadband username and password and misuse it.
so the users who use PPPoE mode they have to change the password of modem.
Default username and password of modem is admin .
so change your modem's password
it can prevent your username from being hacked.

The users who use dialer mode they have not to worry about this.

Thanks.Really very simple for any BSNL insider,with bad intentions,to know the internet ID and password through the Modem's PPPoE details.I have changed mine while offline.
