Try Zonealaram Free. Quite good.

I suggest you to go for AVG Internet Security

i use comodo firewall with no problems. tried zonealarm too but the new version sucks.

A few had problems with Comodo (including me). It blocks net and won't be able to connect until you uninstall it. That is why I skipped it.

What is that you do not like in Zonealarm ? (Just curious).

zonealarm icon stuck sometimes internet activity stops for a minute or 2 on my winxp but working good on win7 32/64 bit.

Thanks Mickey. I am using it since my XP days. Since I had problems with Comodo, I was quite happy with Zone alarm. Apart from Zone alarm and Comodo which one will you select ?
