Thread: bsnl broadband plan change issue

dear friends, i am in problem because i apply the bsnl broadn=band plan for change 625c t0 500c on 3rd august but after nine days the plan is not change tbut the speed is little bit increase i conform from my local exchange he says plan is not change yet, but my bsnl portal status shows ''indoor done'' what is this means
please help me, i am new member of this forum.

i noticed that it disconnects during the morning
i can handle for now and if it disconnects too much i will apply for a new modem
