Thread: Suggest a good Modem + Wifi router + HDD [Bittorrent] for BSNL Broadband

Hello Friends!
I am planning to buy Modem + Wifi router for my BSNL connection. Please suggest me a good and reliable one for 24x7 download. Also suggest me if i can use a Bittorrent client also with same modem so that i connect my desktop + wifi + HDD [Bittorrent] in a single modem.

Try one from Netgear, DLink or Linksys. I am using utorrent. It is very good. It is light on resources and performs well. Never failed on a torrent.

Do you mean to connect without connecting PC ? In that case there are some routers which has inbuilt memory for torrents. But it is very costly.

By any broadcom based wifi router and use custom firmware (openwrt, dd-wrt, TomatoUSB etc).

Also check Linksys, Netgears. They also have good routers.

One more cheap but very good router is Asus N13U.B1 but it's Ralink based. Only DD-WRT works with it (I am having this router running transmission client, and very happy).

Asus N16 is great spec but expensive.
