Thread: hoe to configure PPPOE

i am installing new operating system UBUNTU. In this operating system says that must configure PPPOE. I dont know how to configure please help me iam somuch suffering with this o.s with out updates. anybody pls tell me how to configure.

hi! follow these steps to configure your internet on Ubuntu Feisty Fawn.

go to the Terminal (if your using KDE, it's Konsole)

type the following > "sudo pppoeconf" (without the quotes)

and basically click yes or affirmative answer , fill in your username and password for accessing your broadband. and your done!
