Thread: broadmand speed issue

i changed my 625c to 500c, sometimes i get 40-50kb speed but when i restaring the modem again speed become 200-230kb i am very upset for restarting modem again and again my modem is ar800v v3.0.

How often does it happen ? Does it happen at any particular time during the day ? How long will the speed be constant after the restart ?

Do you have the problem in both WiFi and ethernet ?

1. Which mode do you use ? PPPoE or Bridge ? Switch to other and check.

2. If nothing works, reset the modem and configure it again. Check if it is working. In most cases, it will fix the issue. You can use the following guide to configure it again. Save it to your PC or by heart it. The name is different but both has similar interface.

3. Borrow a friend's modem and check.
