Thread: broadband usage issue

my plan was changed on 10th aug 625c t0 500c ,but it still shows previous plan usage the usage is increased day by day, portal not show correct usages , help me friends

how do you know your plan changed on 10 aug?if there is confirmation from local exchange or portal showing new plan as provisioned then no need to worry.even if bill comes incorrect giving an application will resolve the matter.
