i have 500c plan ,problem is that my landline calls usage increases day by day but i haven't use landline phone since four days . i see usage in portal

Which portal ? Complain as soon as possible. You can lock your phone using a secret code. I think even local calls can be barred. You can still unlock your phone using the code and then make calls. Check with the local exchange for procedure. In such cases, please mention your location too. Helps others suggest you better solution.

use Dynamic lock. it is available for all connections.
select your code ABCD
dial 123 ABCD ABCD to register code (check with your exchange. for some exchange it may also be 123 0000 ABCD)
dial 124 ABCD 4 to lock all outgoing (no effect on broadband)
