Thread: plan 500c speed

my plan is 500c i get download speed -1.72mb/s and upload speed-0.40mb/s ping-92ms . i take this test on speedtest.net,is this is the correct speed of 500c plan.

yes.for any plan the avg speed is ~80-90% of the specified max speed.so for a 2mbps plan it is ~1.7-1.8mbps.some people get ~1.9mbps but only if there are less no. of users in the area & their line condition is very good & very near to local exchange.

For better results try any download from Microsoft and check. You speed is normal but on a lower side if values are correct. It happens mainly when there is line congestion and line quality is not good. Please update the speed after Microsoft download.
