Please post screenshot as attachment (jpg) connection status.
Try to change mod mode to GDMT.
Ensure ALL phones in all rooms connected ONLY to ADSL splitter
    PHone port.
    feedback.

    modem in bridged mode.
In your Dial up setting redial attempts selected or not ?
Change mod mode to GDMT for a stable connection.
( May be your modem is synchronised for a higher speed )

Incidentally, try to keep the modem vertically with power socket side faceing upwards. This helps to cool the chips faster.

Did you download the user manual ? see page 22.
Did you check ethernet properties/ options/ in your dialer?

See Post No 2. screen shot I had posted as an example page !!!!!

    use the down arrows.
If GDMT is not listed try Adsl2 . or list the settings available.
    Box No 2: ADSL2
    Box 4: change to Adsl2
other settings ok. box 1 ,3 & 5 as shown.
I cannot see and set the options in the user manual !!!! Page 22
    and post it here !!!

Find out SNR d/l and Attn d/l data.
or post as attachment screeenshot( JPG ) of connection status.
    showing above.

try PPPoE ( alwaysOn" ) mode one night 0130-0230AM or early morning
say 0600 to 0900 AM. Schedule light downloads.
    Keep the modem on.
( Rest of scheduled tasks same . except modem switch on switch off.)
Next day check your usage details. in selfcare portal.
    Feedback.
