    Question need urgent help on buying modem+router

    hey guys plz help me....i have a uld1350bb connection (4Mbps)...should i buy NETGEAR DGN1000 N150 MODEM+ROUTER....WOULD IT GIVE ME FASTER DOWNLOAD SPEED ON WIRED PC...or NETGEAR DGN2200 N300 ....I'M NOT AN EXPERT ...SO PLZ HLP ME GUYZ...THANX IN ADVANCE

    Try to use small case while typing text. The upper case typing would be inconvenient and it is used to be called SHOUTING.

    You have not succeeded in connecting to Internet with BSNL supplied modem/router.??? ( less than a week NEW connection )
    First get connected..Then report your problem.

    How do you connect now to Internet ? with which modem/router ?

    are these modem+routers easy to set up with BSNL connections?
    Any new adsl modem or adslmodem+wifirouter will not work as if by magic.
    you have to make the settings> BSNL staff will not help.
    First learn from BSNL unit.

    i still suggest to stop working here and continue your old item or post where Essbebe replied there.
    let us better understand topography of your setup. we should not jump for purchases without analyzing the reasons for present low or poor performance.

    please try to provide
    what is your present modem make and Model number.
    whether purchased or on rent.
    distance from the exchange to your home as you know.
    whether the system worked fine at some time and now deteriorated.
    can you provide information like SNR and Attenuation, for up /download (these things can be seen from modem.)
    whether your connection has been configured for the plan you have got.
