    Change MTU to 1430
    Try in 'WAN settings' page.

    1. Try values 1480, 1490 etc for MTU.

    2. If nothing works, try Opera Turbo.

    Feedback.

    Try TCp/Ip optimizer from http://speedguide.net.
Mention OS used. disable Firewall AV application for testing
Change over to Dialer mode and try.
Change dns to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 in router.

    1. Did you enable the Turbo mode ? If not, try it.

    2. Get a modem from a friend or relative and check if the issue is happening with that instrument too.

    3. Try accessing using a proxy and check. Make sure you are not using it for sites which is sensitive in nature.

    4. Try a complaint here
