they've done it again,my speed drops from 1.8mbps to 160kbps at 2am !!! and goes back up again after 8 am.
i've read a few posts regarding the same issue here at IBF but there were no apparent solutions posted.
so am asking again. what can i do?

Write to the Nodal officer and Appellate authority with screen shots of speed test. ID, address and phone no. on the backside of the bill. You will get a written reply for that which you can use to complain at consumer court or higher authorities. Also call them ask seek assistance.
