Thread: Excess Billing

Dear Sir/Madam,

We have received the Telephone bill on 10.08.2007. The Bill amount is Rs.9389/- out of that Rs.6384/- charges for additional usage of 7980MB as we not used so much we are in shock. kindly look into the matter and revised our bill.

local exchange to resolve this issue . [give written complaint]
also check that your computers are free from all types of
viruses , trozans , other malware .
and please keep your passwords secured ...
