Thread: bsnl broadband speed issue,its urgent

i am using plan 500c.but i get slow speed some time i get speed 200kb-230kb but for little time than speed automatically falls down,i am not get this speed continusely. i am go to bsnl exchange and say him for check my phone line he check my line ,phone is in good condition,i am also change my modem but problem is not solve.please help....

1. Download any file from Microsoft and report the speed here. Make sure you give the units correctly. The promised speed for your plan is 240 KBps not 240 Kbps.

2. Use a good download manager like Internet Download Manager. It is very good but paid. Try to get it or try free alternatives like Free Download Manager (FDM) or Download Accelerator Plus (DAP) Free.

3. Do you use torrents ? What is the speed you get in that ? Try utorrent and check.

4. Register a complaint here
