    Default Selfcare Portal Issue

I am having an issue regarding the plan change in selfcare portal website.
I have sent a service request opting for the change of tariff plan from BBG COMBO ULD 1350 to BB HOME COMBO UL 750.Its been four days now the plan is not changed yet.So, my question is whether do they(BSNL) respond to the requests made in the aforesaid site?If yes, then within how many days they respond after a request is made? or do we need to visit their office?
    Thank You.

Try here. No need for log in ( for bsnl staff)
    UDAAN PROJECT -- BSNL

In same selfcare page, whether your request for Plan change
is shown. with some effectivee date. "Future dated" "Provisioned etc"

Since the speed and FUP download is different , probably the change will take place only wef 1st Sept 20 2011.
( Is it 20GB? usually proportionate quota allowed at the higher speed
if plan is changed mid way in a month. Say changed from today say 4 GB(20GB x 1/5.
Your Download at higher speed will be approx for this 4 GB and thereafter lower speed )
Unlikely it will be changed this month.
    Give feedback.

Yes, the request made is shown but there is no effective or future date shown in it.

Yes, the FUP limit is 20 GB but i exhausted it the day before i made the request. So, after FUP limit the speed is 512 Kbps which is the same with the UL 750 plan.

    My mistake fup CALCULATIONS. .
Difficult to say whether FUP 20GB can be calculated on pro rata basis. Since the speed will be same now , if changed, you get the benefit of faster d/l FUP at a reduced cost till now.!

So expect the plan change wef 1st.
tariff plan cost also to be charged on above pro rata basis
    Feedback..

Yes, we can get the benefit of faster d/l speed if the FUP is not reached when the plan gets changed.

Today i visited their office and gave a letter regarding the plan change and it took just 15 minutes to get changed.I think selfcare portal is still not that effective till now.
Anyways thanks for your effort @essbebe.
