Default Being an ISP with BSNL leased line. Plz help.

    Hello Guys,
I am an amateur in the broadband field. I have come to know that there is some way by which I can take leased line from BSNL and provide internet to the users.
    Is it feasible?
Plz provide more info on this.

Normally leased lines are taken by corporate customers. They use it to get good contention ratio and higher speed which normally needs a separate leased line. I think if you are planning to serve a building or two it is feasible. I have heard that building with enough no. of customers opt this method for better rates and speed.

I cannot give any update on the legal side of this issue. I don't know whether BSNL allows reselling of their lines. May be it is limited to building associations. I could be terribly wrong too. Always mention your location in such queries. You can visit the BSNL district head quarters and get details or wait for further comments.
