Thread: How to Configure Airlink Wireless Router AR570W for BSNL BroadBand

Hi,

I want to configure my wireless router, I need values for the router and also the adapter setting, I have an BSNL MT882 modem which has to be manually configured as it doesnt detect values automatically.Could some one give the step by step procedure for this?

These values are reqd for the router.

How you connect to Internet now ?
Using Huwaei AX MT882 in "dialer" mode ?
Change to PPPoE "always On" mode ( userid/PW stored in modem)
Enable DHCP/NAT

MT882 default gateway 192.168.1.1

for AIRLINK AR570W
set as 192.168.2.1 ( set in LAN page )
Select DynamicIP
Subnet mask 255.255.255.0
Ip address as allotted by dhcp 192.168.1.X ( X= say 3 to 20)
DNS google 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
