    Question broadband usage issue

    i have changed my plan on 10th aug from 625c to 500c.i check in selfcare portal the plan 500c was provinised.but in usage section they still show usage of 625c , how can i check my usage of current plan 500c

    See the summary on top.
    Chargeable units ( less Night usage Free )
    Does this show 0 units.?

    Deduct 1/3 quota for Plan 500C. balance you have to pay.

    1. What does the portal show ? Chargeable units excluding night unlimited is still zero ? No data on portal after 10 th August ?

    2. Are you sure your plan changed on August 10 th ?

    3. If portal is not updated, better use a bandwidth meter from Networx or Shaplus. You can counter check the values once they appear on portal.

    yes i am sure my plan is changed,portal still show my previous plan usage,usage added day by day in this plan
