Thread: Facing an issue with BSNL Broadband Connection

I am using BSNL broadband connection at home. Modem ADSL link has become unstable because of it I cannot able to access the internet .
BSNL engineer has checked the settings twice but he is unable to understand the issue as phone line is also working fine.
Please suggest solution for this problem.

Try and feedback.

Mention your modem/model/make/number.

TEST:
Connect Modem directly to phone junction and try.
confirm how you connect ? Dialer Mode or
PPPoE mode ( userid/PW stored in wan page of modem )
