Thread: how is the whole process of plan change via udaan

i would like to get a detailed information of plan change , duration etc. Do i have to wait until 1st to change the plan

register your plan change request. at udaan site.
If nothing happens, select the link to make complaint at same web site.

For accounting purpose Plan change is normally effected from 1st of the month.

Recheck in your Usage portal whether you plan change is accepted and effective date notified.
Do not rush to download large files. ( unless you are on U/L plan )

Users usually say " I changed my plan. on 3rd Sept ...." instead of
I applied for tariff plan change .... ""

In Chennai circle plans change effected only wef 1st of the month.
