    can Anybody Tell Me how to Check Data use

    I think for Ranchi it is

    CRM

    As mentioned above, you need to register there before you can access the site. It takes about a week's time to get it activated. In some cases when users were not the ID activated, they had to contact customer care which did it for them. It happened in early days and it seems now they are handling it without complaints.

    Access the site only through internet explorer (mentioned in the site). You can also use a good bandwidth meter as portals are unreliable. Get one from Networx (with graphics) or Shaplus. Check portal in regular intervals to verify the data.

    BBG FN Combo 600 :daylimit 2.5GB or 2560MB
    If the last column in summary above exceeds 2560MB , then only you have to pay @20P/MB for excess usage.

    I think it varies from circle to circle. Mention your circle and SSA. May be someone from same circle can help. Also check the backside of your bill. It is normally mentioned there.

    The best way is to call the broadband section of your exchange and talk to them. I am not sure whether they charge you for the call, but they are the ones who actually attend your problem. If you call the toll free no., it normally goes to the district head quarters (main exchange) and they simply forward the same to the broadband section of your exchange.

    But you can use the toll free no. if the local exchange people are not responding properly to your query.

    Yes, your chargeable units excluding night unlimited should not be more than 2560 MB. Since yours is in KB, 4866 KB = 4.75 MB which is very much within the limit.

    i submit Application after 03-09-2011 4pm
    so i was downloading file in 3-6Pm because plan wasnt active and now i can see they are add Mine download count in Chargeable unit when i was 512 Kbps UL plan

    You can try talking to the accounts officer for such errors. They normally refund the extra amount.

    I am not sure whether 1500 will find accounts officer. In my place his no. is different. You can very well call 1500 and ask for accounts officer's no.

    1500 ism CC. On the backside of your Paper bill you can find the contact number ofr Accounts officer

    So you expect BSNL to effect change over within a day ???

    Check in My orders page when old tariff plAN ( which plan ??) was closed and new plan activated. W.E.F date ???

    Copy complete usage data wef 1st Sept 2011 and post as attachment file here. ( upto 6th Sept 2011)

    A.O or CC cannot do anything till bill for Sept 2011 is prepared in OCT 2011.

    i didn't mean they will active service in 12hr or so

    i m just saying that how they can count data use before form submit

    i submit app..3-sep-11 about 4-5pm and service was active in 8-9Pm
    but data is counting from 3-sep-11 1Pm

    difficult to convince. ( Sept 3rd Saturday) . Are you sure you submitted application on Sept 3rd? got CC ack/stamp in your copy ?

    Post screen shot of usage details . as requested earlier.

    The problem with posts by newcomers here, is a reluctance to give the information asked for , and make their own conclusions.



    You have not given the details of your old tariff plan.
    you have not confirmed change of tariff plan date/s in your usage portal.
    You have not posted the usage details from 1st Sept to find out how
    about 456 MB of data is shown as chargeable till 6th Sept 2011.

    As told earlier with out a chronological record of Sept 2011 , usage your claim of excess usage billing on 3rd Sept cannot be analysed.

    A.O of your Exchange will get consolidated MONTHLY data for all users
    in Oct 2011( without day to day details ), and will bill you according to what is shown on SUMMARY at the top
    ( In my case it will show 0 MB)

    To avoid all this hassle, many circles CHANGE plan only from 1st of each month.


    Wait till you get the bill in OCTOBER.
