Shame on BSNL !!!!

I am getting frequent link off problem for one month or so !!!
I have went to about 25 times to exchange ..
The JTO is a big asshole !!! He is a promoted lineman I think !!!
HE doesnt know about SNR attenuation etc ...
All these kinda of people who are
inefficient should be thrown out of company !!!!!!
Even after visiting my home for more then 6 times ..he could not solve my problem
SHAME ON BSNL...
It SUCKS BIG TIME..I am going to consumer court !!!!
