A few weeks ago I registered at the selfcare portal
I have two landline connections - one with broadband, and other doesnt.Code:hXXp://selfcare.ndc.bsnl.co.in/irj/portal
I registered for both the conections and after few days I received passwords for both the connections on my email.
I could log in to my account and download my bill and everything was OK.
However from 01 sep I am unable to login to both the accounts.
It says password incorrect and when I try to reset my password it says user id does not exist.
When I try to reset password by entring my Customer id I get this message
You cannot unlock account/reset password because:
Your Registration Request is pending with BSNL Call Center Agent for Approval. Once approved, you will receive an email with your Login Credentials.
For further clarification, please contact BSNL Customer Care.
I called customer care 1500 and the guy told me to contact my local exchange.
I cant understand how this problem could be addressed by my local exchange.
Is there any number or website where we can register complaints or something like that ?
