Thread: Configuring the mt 841 modem of bsnl broadband

Dear friends
i am having a mt 841 modem with wireless adapter. i wish to share the internet connection to two laptops with wireless access facility. one laptop is under vista os and another is with xp? is it possible to share internet to two laptops through wireless? can any one explain the procedure?

if not, how to configure for a single laptop with wireless?

Hi

Just go to your network connections

Right click properties and select Internet protocol

Select obtain IP address automatically

Or your IP address if static

Save and go to network connections

Search for wireless connections , there you will find MT841

Connect and enjoy
