Thread: failed to connect internet via nokia siemeans c2110 modem

After downloading and installing BSNLNEWFwuploder app.When updater run and data receive from server the middle of firmware installation my computer boot from power fluctuation.I repeat this proceses BSNLNEWFwuploder app. detect the modem and start connecting to server but after some time failed to connect and proceses is close. I reset the modem many time but I am not able to connect internet via these NOKIA SIEMENS Network c2110.
please help me.

No UPS ? Firmware update is not like Windows OS update. No need to take it unless you have some serious feature missing. Able to log into modem menu ? If yes, restore setting to factory defaults. If no (and multiple resets do not work), you have bricked your modem and it is permanently damaged. The only way out is trying to update the firmware (if possible), otherwise get a new modem.

do you remember the FW version which you had earlier?
V55.1.04.02 V55.1.04.6 V55.1.04.8
V55.1.04.9 and V55.1.04.10

Can you download the FW files from Internet and store in your Hard disk and try ?

Did you download the Updater from Motive.bsnl site ?
