Hope you will soon get some speed test results. Please note the following

1. Speed test results (what are available on net) is never a good judge of actual speed. Better download any file from Microsoft and check the speed.

2. Plan speed of Home 500 C various with place (as per member reports). Not much, but still it varies from 240 KBps to 180 KBps. May be line condition is causing the same.

3. Also there is a variation reported by some users between day time speed and night unlimited speed. For some it went as low as 150 KBps. Not a widely reported issue, but thought of cautioning you.
